A clinical consultation includes a single 2-hour session with either Dr. Joseph Spinazzola or Dr. Jana Pressley with clinical formulation and verbal discussion of treatment recommendations. Cost: $600. A written report can be provided for an additional fee.
The Complex Trauma Institute is offering a 12 week, in person Understanding Trauma Group in mid-January 2023 that will explore different types of traumas, what it means to process experiences safely, how to engage in self-care, manage activation, among other related topics. This is not a process group, but group members are welcome to share their thoughts, questions, and experiences as beneficial to themselves and the group. The group will consist of a co-ed cohort of 6-8 people. Exact dates and times TBD. Cost is $900 total paid before the first group, insurance not accepted.
